Job description
If you are passionate about application management and change management, the role of Application Manager will be an ideal fit.
This is a new and exciting function within the company, where you will be given a wide mandate to build up methods in application management based on your expertise and experience. 

As Application Manager, you will work operationally and in close dialogue with the business. You will be responsible for ensuring method compliance and creating and implementing processes in a uniform manner for our AM portfolio. You will work hands-on in this role and will participate in strategic planning. You will also work with process improvement and act as the specifier between operations and IT.
As Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing several different objects and will be the bridge between IT and our operations.


Qualifications
Academic education in IT or other education that the employer considers suitable is essential to success in this role. You should be an experienced specifier vis-à-vis IT vendors and have previous experience with both application management and change management. Experience with processes in a system set in a process-controlled operation is preferred.
We also require:
•    Strong knowledge in ITIL or the equivalent
•    Strong experience monitoring agreements, commitments and deliveries

The position requires written and oral fluency in Swedish and English at a high level. Strong consideration will be given to your experience with support, application management and change management, as well as your personal characteristics.


Profile
As Application Manager, you will be at the center of things and must have the capacity to manage unexpected opportunities and tasks in addition to long-term commitments.
You are able to see the big picture and are used to working close to operations. You are also used to documenting and reporting, keeping track of the details and regularly reporting on how the work is progressing.
Working in English in a multicultural environment comes naturally to you. As the work involves numerous national and international interfaces, skills at building relationships, collaborating, prioritizing and structuring are key.
In the role of Application Manager, you must be responsive to others while simultaneously setting standards internally and with regard to suppliers.
