Job description
As Team Lead, you will have supervisory responsibility for performance and pay reviews at both the group and individual levels. You will also ensure preparation of and compliance with common methods and procedures. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing the daily work of the team, which comprises both internal colleagues and external suppliers. You will also work strategically in the various areas, prepare roadmaps and work with lifecycle management.
In addition, you will act as the Application Manager for the systems in the various areas, primarily QlikView and BizTalk. Your tasks will include establishing forums in operations and managing and further developing Application Management processes in BI and Integration. The role also involves interacting with suppliers, ensuring SLA compliance and responsibility for preparing business plans and budgets in both areas.

At present, there are several technical integration solutions with a strategic choice of Microsoft Biztalk. Ovako’s data warehouse is built around Microsoft products (MS SQL). QlikView is Ovako’s strategic choice in BI.


Qualifications
Relevant university education in IT or economics or equivalent experience is essential to success in this role. You must also have experience leading and developing teams. Strong oral and written fluency in Swedish and English is required.
Operational skills in process industry and experience with ETL, SSIS, cloud solutions, relational databases, data modeling and experience working with issue management based on ITIL or comparable are preferred for this position.
